COVID-19 Update

We remain open for all of current clients and welcome incoming clients that would like to schedule an intake appointment. Our appointments are virtual at this time, per the CDC recommendations. We will resume in-office appointments once we are able to, and you are welcome to transition into an in-office visit at that time. If you have insurance questions regarding telehealth, please give us a call, email, or text and we would be happy to look into your benefits; most major insurers are covering telehealth services as the pandemic continues.

Some of our incoming clients are interested in working through anxiety, sadness, and concerns about the personal and global impact of the pandemic. Others are seeking support in dealing with needs that were pre-exisiting. We are here to help support anyone seeking services, regardless of insurance status and needs. We truly believe we are all in this together and want to support the local and national efforts to work as a community. Some clients find the process of scheduling their initial appointment to be easier if they are able to schedule immediately and on their own. For this reason, we attempt to reserve some appointment times for this purpose. Above you will find the scheduled slots that we have reserved for online booking. While we have a variety of appointment days and times open, the practice manager handles all other appointment times to ensure there is no double booking and accommodate any other appointments that have changed on any given day. If you do not see an appointment open that meets your scheduling needs, please contact us directly to request a time and day that works best for you and we are happy to work with your scheduling needs.

Clients may also prefer to speak to the practice manager or their therapist prior to scheduling an appointment and coming into our office. We reserve two times per week that you may schedule a consultation in advance. As with scheduling an online appointment, should those times not work for you, please contact us and we will find a consultation time that works with your scheduling needs.
